You will receive an email from Fuel Bank Foundation asking you to verify your email and create a password before you can gain access to this portal. If you haven’t received an email please check your spam/junk mail in the first instance before contacting Fuel Bank Foundation.
Applications received by 3.30pm (working days Monday-Friday) will be issued the same day.
Applications received after 3.30pm will be issued the next working day.
Please advise customers of the expected timescales. It can take up to 24 hours for a voucher to be issued.
Information on the status of a voucher can be found on the portal in the ‘admin’ function. Please allow 24 hours from the voucher being issued for the information to be updated.
If you wish to CANCEL or RESEND a voucher please click on the CANCEL or RESEND action buttons that can be found in the ‘submitted applications’ section of the portal. You do not need to send us an email, just click the button and this will automatically send a request to us.
PLEASE NOTE: The resend button will only allow for the code to be resent using the same details as the original request. If you wish to change any details, please cancel the voucher and resubmit the request via the portal.
Please take care in entering the correct information onto the application as we aren’t able to change the details once an application is submitted.
